    Privacy Policy

We built Elevate Music Group to give independent artists and labels the same marketing firepower as the majors — without the rights grabs. That same straight-shooting approach applies to your data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

    1. Who we are

Elevate Music Group ("Elevate," "we," "us," or "our") is a music marketing company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. You can reach us any time at team@elevatemusic.group.

    2. Information we collect

We try to collect only what we actually need to deliver the campaigns you order and run our business responsibly.

    a. Information you give us

    • Account & contact information: name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the artist or label name you represent.
    • Order information: the song(s) you select via Spotify search, services and tiers chosen, target genres, similar artists, target audience, territories, release date, ISRC, label info, and any pitch notes or campaign briefs.
    • Creative assets: audio files (including radio edits and clean versions), artwork, photos, lyrics, lyric translations, writer credits, raw video footage, brand references, captions/handles, press bios, press photos, quotes, and any other content you upload or send us for use in your campaign.
    • Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials.
    • Communications: emails and messages you send us, including campaign feedback and support requests.

    b. Information collected automatically

    • Usage & device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps.
    • Cookies & similar technologies: used to keep you signed in, remember cart selections, measure site performance, and (where permitted) measure ad effectiveness.

    c. Information from third parties

    • Spotify & Apple Music / iTunes: public song metadata (title, artist, artwork, release date, genre) returned when you search for or submit your song.
    • Stripe: payment status, last four digits of your card, and billing country to confirm and reconcile your order.
    • Campaign partners (third-party service providers, ad platforms, playlist curators, creators, and chart-tracking partners we work with on your behalf): campaign eligibility information, delivery confirmations, placement or post decisions, performance reports, and platform-provided metrics relating to your campaign.

    3. How we use your information

    • To run the services you've ordered (playlist pitching, ads, influencer campaigns, chart registration, etc.).
    • To take payment, send receipts, and provide tax/accounting records.
    • To communicate with you about your campaign, including next steps, asset requests, status updates, and results.
    • To respond to your support questions.
    • To improve our services, troubleshoot bugs, prevent fraud, and keep the site secure.
    • To verify campaign delivery, investigate suspected artificial activity or platform-policy violations, and protect artists, partners, platforms, and our business.
    • To document orders and campaign performance and respond to billing inquiries, payment disputes, chargebacks, complaints, or legal claims.
    • To send service updates and (only with your permission) occasional marketing emails about new services. You can unsubscribe any time.
    • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

    4. When and why we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary to deliver your campaign or run our business:

    • Service partners we use to execute your campaign — including ad platforms (such as Meta and TikTok), playlist curators, creators, and other third-party service providers and outlets we work with on your behalf. We share only the assets and campaign details required to fulfill the service you ordered.
    • Streaming and platform compliance: we may share relevant campaign, account, content, and activity information with Spotify or another platform, payment provider, distributor, or appropriate partner when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, artificial streaming, policy violations, takedowns, or misuse; protect rights and safety; or comply with their lawful processes and applicable terms.
    • Payment processor: Stripe processes payments under their own privacy terms.
    • Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools that help us operate the site and your campaign.
    • Legal & safety: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, partners, platforms, or the public. This can include using order records, accepted terms, communications, and campaign-delivery evidence to answer payment disputes or chargebacks.
    • Business transfers: if Elevate is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We'll tell you in advance.

    5. Your music, your rights

You own your masters, your publishing, and your creative work. Period. We receive a limited license — described in our Terms of Service — strictly to deliver the campaigns you've ordered. We do not claim ownership of your songs, videos, lyrics, artwork, or brand.

    6. How long we keep information

We keep order records and related communications for as long as needed to support your campaigns, comply with tax and accounting laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Creative assets you upload may be archived for the lifetime of the campaign and a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

    7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, restricted access, vetted infrastructure providers, and secure payment processing through Stripe. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information and notify you promptly if a security incident materially affects you.

    8. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

    • Access the personal information we hold about you.
    • Correct inaccurate information.
    • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal/record-keeping requirements).
    • Object to or restrict certain processing.
    • Request a copy of your information in a portable format.
    • Opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
    • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email team@elevatemusic.group. We'll respond as quickly as we can — usually within 30 days.

    9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your selections during checkout, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the checkout flow.

    10. International transfers

Elevate is based in the United States. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for these transfers as required by law.

    11. Children

Our services are intended for users 18 years or older. If you're under 18, please don't use the site or send us your information. If we learn we've collected information from someone under 18, we'll delete it.

    12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know by email or on the site. The "Effective" date at the top tells you when this version took effect.
